a special life can be taken from you. I am so sad. I got a call saying that my dear Grandma Gladys passed away this morning. She had been in the hospital the last couple of days and I just spoke with her on the phone the night before last. She sounded good, but she told me that she was ready...I guess her body agreed with her. I miss you so much Grandma and can't wait for the day that I see you in heaven. Love you.Nikki

I am so glad that Grandma got the chance to meet the boys, to hold them, and love them! She is a special women and will always be remembered in our hearts. Her tender touch, her caring soul, and the loving smile that would greet everyone who walked in the door. I will remember her for the song she sang to me over the phone at Ryan's and my wedding rehersal dinner. I will miss you and I will see you in heaven......May God's love be swift as he carries you home to his house.....God spead Grandma....

Sounds like your Grandma was a terrific person. It's not always easy for those left behind but I hope you find comfort knowing that she "was ready"...not everyone gets that opportunity. You are such a great memory keeper that your boys and there children will always know who she was by the many memories you have captured and written about her. Hugs to you and your family.
